Aimée Saint André

PT, DPT, RYT 500

Aimee graduated from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in May 2012 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduation, Aimee worked in the Denver area in an outpatient rehab and home health setting for 2 years then decided to become a travel physical therapist to see more of the world. As a travel physical therapist she worked in Colorado, Hawaii and Oregon in various settings including outpatient rehab, skilled nursing facilities, pediatric and geriatric home health settings before settling back down in Colorado Springs 2016. In Colorado Springs she furthered her outpatient skills in a larger outpatient clinic setting and additionally worked as a pediatric home health physical therapist. In 2017, Aimee opened up her private outpatient rehab practice, Iron Lion Physical Therapy, to focus on patient centered care that involved more one on one time with her clients as the larger corporation outpatient clinics were not able to give the clients the time they needed she felt. Trying to avoid the practices of the larger outpatient clinic world, Aimee felt that opening a cash pay only clinic would allow the one on one time that clients need to resolve their issues with the body. Aimee is honored to provide individualized one on one care to her patients and understands that each client deserves true one on one quality time with their therapist.

Aimee has built a foundation of functional mobility and sport specific skills through her many years practicing as an athlete on competitive teams. Aimee played soccer for a Junior College Team helping them gain the Conference Title then went to play D1 soccer at Western University. She is a current member of the Pikes Peak Whitewater Club in Colorado Springs and is an advocate for people getting into kayaking as a hobby. Aimee has always had a passion for the outdoors and pushing herself to the next level.

In Aimee’s spare time she is always out in nature whether it be running, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, white water kayaking, or playing with her dogs. She is an advocate for fitness and well being and practices this daily to stay in the best health to provide optimal patient care. Aimee partners with Jason Therrien at Iron Lion Studio to offer physical therapy services or personal training services that are provided by a certified personal trainer.

Recently Aimee has continued her passion to learn and offer more Holistic care to her clients at Iron Lion Physical Therapy and became a certified yoga teacher through Cambio Yoga located in Colorado Springs, CO. She graduated 12-16-23 with her 200 hour level teacher training certificate and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
